Host a Food Drive

Food drives sustain our inventory and help us plan for the future. One of the FOOD Pantry of Waukesha County’s best resources is the volunteer-run food drive. While we encourage individual giving, food drives ignite exponential growth through collective effort.

Host a food drive at school, with your club, church, neighborhood or workplace! Your efforts will help the startling number of Waukesha County residents in need of assistance year-round. Someone you know might be a client at the FOOD Pantry.

To set-up your Food Drive contact Charlotte Borchert, Food Resource Manager, at 262-522-2374 for ideas and a “Big 8 To Donate” list of current food needs to make your food drive unique!

All donations are diligently hand-sorted and thoroughly screened to ensure the food we serve is of the highest quality. The FOOD Pantry does not accept expired food. The FOOD Pantry does not distribute food received in compromised packages (dented cans, crushed boxes, damaged lids, etc.)

(Please be aware that we have extremely limited volunteers and funds to help with transportation of collected items. We humbly ask you, the generous donor, to make an extra step of driving the collected food and goods to the FOOD Pantry at 1301 Sentry Drive, Waukesha, WI 53186)

Donation hours:

  • Monday-Friday,  9:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Thursday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM
  • Saturday, 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM
