Online Ordering Will Be Available In Response to Changing Needs

For the past six months, The FOOD Pantry Serving Waukesha County has moved its 7 weekly service sessions outdoors for a no-contact drive-through distribution. Staff and volunteers have braved snow, rain, wind, and extreme heat to ensure needed, nutritious foods continue to go home with our neighbors.

As the prevalence and spread of COVID-19 remains high, no contact service will continue into the autumn months. With the cold, winter months right around the corner, The FOOD Pantry is working on new ways to ensure service remains uninterrupted.

Starting Monday, October 5, The FOOD Pantry will offer an additional service option 5 days a week. Monday through Friday, guests of The FOOD Pantry will be able to submit order requests online through The FOOD Pantry website and pick up their groceries scheduled between 11:45 AM and 12:45 PM.

Requests for pick up can be submitted directly through The FOOD Pantry website, with order forms in English and Spanish. This is an additional service option as The FOOD Pantry will continue with the no-contact drive-through service during the regular hours.
